As a UK fan you have to like what he is saying and how he is saying it.The combination of Gran and Hinshaw is an improvement, they seem to bring more maturity, focus and stability to the table.

I believe they can get what there is to get out of the QB position, with that being said UK fans are like the line from the Rod Stewart song "still I look to find a reason to believe",we do it every year.

To be fair. The offense last year started out pretty good but once teams figured it out they pretty much shut us down. I like that we are gonna pull linemen and zone block. I like that he seems to realize that you have to use the weapons you got... at their best spot.

I don't think you'll see some of the head scratching calls we saw last year and I don't think you'll see the te ignored. I think we'll target more than 3 wrs. I wanted Gran last year. So I'm happy for multiple reasons. What he says is one of them though.

Better Rod Stewart lyrics for me would be:

Hard times are only the other side of good times
but if you ever wished hard times were gone
you know what it's like to wish good times would come
And don't it seem like a long time

Merle may have been talking about UK football when he sang,"are we rolling downhill like a snowball headed for hell"

Anything would be an improvement over Dawson. I think Gran is a huge improvement.

This is a far cry from "Yeah, I don't run any wildcat... I don't run my quarterbacks either... I also don't really implement the use of tight ends into my offense..."

I noticed that Gran said Stoops will be the one determining the starting QB.

Perhaps now we can stop repeating that Gran is the "Head Coach of the Offense"

Yeah, and I think not letting Towles do his best thing, run the ball, was probably his worst offense.

Also...I don't change my play calling any when their are substitutions on the field.

That really baffled me. Would you pass to a RB with stone hands? Or would you not pass to a RB that has excellent hands and is at his best in space? To me you call plays to your personel you have on the field.

Pulling linemen ... When's the last time we did that?
