It’s awful. Got a condo 3/4 of a mile from campus and I’m forced to drive 11 miles south all the way around the south farm to get back to it. All interior roads are shut down it appears after the game. It serves no one. Everyone going to the game is not going to Louisville. 17.

That is all.
We made the mistake of using the ADA lots for the Arizona State since we'd brought my parents that are both mid 70s and not wheelchair bound but still very mobility impaired. You'd think the handicap parking lot would be close... no, its over by the Research Park. The line to get them shuttled back to the lot after that game was soul-breaking.

Same. I sat in lot 36 by the hump for over an hour without moving
I finally got a different lot this year after being in 36 since ~2010 and it’s verified what I expected. Lot 36 gets lowest priority. It hasn’t taken me over 15 minutes to get off campus this year. Can’t tell you how many times I sat in lot 36 for 30-60 minutes. Sometimes it felt we were the only lot with cars still in it

No shiet? You losers need to learn to pass out drunk in your vehicle and let your wife deal with that crap.
True story, quite a few years back we got back to our vehicle parked in the lot besides the former band field. It was land locked with cars so people were tailgating at thier vehicles waiting for traffic to subside. My daughter wanted to watch a movie so while my wife and son visited the tailgaters my daughter and I watched a movie. Evidently me and my daughter fell asleep before they got back and she let us both sleep in the back of a Suburban until I woke up really confused at dawn still in the vehicle...daughter in tow. To be fair the weather was great and we did have a blanket and pillows as movie watching was common in the 3rd row of the Suburban with the 2nd row laid down.

We can't all pull farm equipment trailers and act like we're part of the grounds crew.

Might be easier to just walk to the game, with rest breaks if needed.

Haven't been to a game in a while, but we'd always need to head east on 82 toward Columbus. I remember one time that following required turns as directed, we ended up on a washboard gravel road that came in on Hwy 45 somewhere south of 82. There has to be a better way to get where you need to go rather than what they make you do.

The shuttle situation has not been good under Selmon. Poor, if we're honest.

Shuttles are always a great idea before a game but no so much after. I went to a cowboys game and used a shuttle once. Easy to get there. After the game, we had to wait for over an hour at the pick up location to finally get a seat on one of the shuttles. Happens every where.

It just is what is when you have a game go down to the final play and everyone stays to the end.

No doubt my previous condo was roughly a mile from the stadium, we always walked from the condo.

I think that the traffic issues are just an impossible situation with how parking is scattered through campus and with how campus is situated next to town. You’ve got all the pedestrian traffic from people walking out and no centrally located large parking lots. It’s just going to be impossible to get everyone out timely.

After the 2017 Bama game I tried to drive for Uber to capitalize on surge pricing. I had five riders cancel back to back at 3x surge pricing. I essentially missed out on fifteen rides + tips due to Confunction Junction.

Agreed. We park at the newspaper. Only 2 busses run that route and traffic in tents. One of the workers explained that the athletic department pays for gameday transportation on the bus routes. They only pay for a minimum number of drivers and they are only allowed to make so many trips. We fortunately we were on the 2nd bus to come through after standing in line for over an hour. Behind us was a pile up of humanity waiting to board. We arrived at our vehicle well after 9 pm. No telling what time the rest were able to leave.
This is the first time we've been to a game like this years, so after being on campus for the game and before hand for 6+ hours and after a loss, I was worn out and ready to go.
Until the athletic department pays for more drivers, busses and staffers, this will be the case. I agree this is a sign of progress in our football program. I am optimistic that we are going to continue to improve and that crowds are going to continue to be large. That is all.

I’ve never left a packed sporting event at the end of a game and gotten out quickly.

Aww quit yet whinin whipper snapper. It was hella worse in 1949. Back then, your grandpappy tail gated AFTER the game for two hours until traffic moved out. And they liked it.
