Evidently, Ellis Johnson had an awesome interview and has really caused some in fighting amongst the search committee at USM. The plan was to introduce Blake Anderson, the current OC, as head coach at halftime of the USM/OM game today.EJ has some strong support and his supporters would not give in last night. The committee is basically split and since the AD is on his way out and not a factor, I was told today the decision will by made by the USM President as to who the new HC will be. I hope it is EJ myself, but I think in the end Anderson gets it.
