I was just told it looks like EJ will get the HC job at USM. Also Blake Anderson to Auburn as OC. This is not certain, but what it looks like right now. Anyone here have an opinion on what kind of HC Johnson would be?

I feel certain, that won't happen. If he gets the job, one of his strengths is that he will be there for the long run. Of course that is if he wins.

I know, I know, but just to give you the fact that another voice is out there saying Petal's coach would be brought in as a package with Alford at USM.

There will be other big jobs come open. USM, MSU and Ole Miss are all three stepping jobs schools. Just that MSU and Ole Missare an bigger step with more pay.

Wouldnt bet the house on that. Saw Alford play twice this year and he looked pretty good running and throwing.

Looks like my tip earlier might be right. FootballScoop.com just posted they have learned EJ will be named new coach at USM.We shall see soon I guess.

I do not think Alford comes to USM. If he does, it will be due more to the fact his girlfriend goes to USM. I just don't see it even if Buckley comes with EJ. I have been told Buckley is very happy being the head coach at Petal.

Buckley does have expierience, he was the runningback coach at LSU in early 90's! Money people making this all happen! At Southern, I mean!
