I see it more so that most TSUN and MSU fans are just appreciative (to a degree) than anything. There's no way we would be in a better situation if we weren't in the SEC, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. They like to think that we're underachieving, and to some extent I can see where they're coming from, but just like they try to say we overlook the money we do get from the SEC, they overlook the fact that Mississippi doesn't have a high quantity of SEC talent although the quality of the athletes we produce are pretty good even in our down years, and having 2 schools in the SEC effectively splits the little bit of talent we do have.<div>
</div><div>Mullen was quoted in our game last night saying something that I have believed for a while. You take the top 25 players from TSUN and MSU and put them together on one team and you effectively have a top 3 team talent wise. It's not so much that both schools are underachieving as it is we both have uphill battles to fight that neither can seem to gain enough momentum to maintain steady success.</div>
