Just look at Hermann and Narduzzi. The top programs produce top coaches. These guys have learned from the best and it's no surprise that they succeed when given the chance. Yes it's a risk, but hiring any new HC is a risk. I'd rather take my chances here than with a Golden or Cristobal. Chris Ash has been watching how Meyer runs a football team and I'm certain this will shape him as a head coach. We're not talking about just any coordinator, we're talking about a coordinator who has been working under one of the top coaches in the country - a huge difference IMO. I love this hire!
