It was a classic tonight. I love when they juxtapose Bob Sagget into Evil Danny Tanner. A little Ari light tonight. Drama is such a bad actor he could not pull off the secret taping. That dud is going to be <17>in' him for a few episodes.

I saw the trailer for the first time tonight...

Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore, Darjeeling Limited, and Coconut Records)
Ted Danson smoking weed
Zack Garafundwhatshisnuts (from The Hangover)

Looks like my kind of show.

Bored to Death outta be great. The new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm looks good, especially with the Seinfeld "reunion" going on. And I'm really interested to see how David Simon's Treme turns out. It should be The Wire meets The Big Easy. Filming starts down here in November.

As for the current shows, Entourage (as always) is great, even though this season is lacking a bit in action. I like Hung's characters but the writing better take it somewhere fast. Gotta admit, the most entertained I've been on Sundays this summer has been during True Blood's hour. It's a crazy show, and might be hard to follow for those who haven't seen much of this season, but it's a really, really well-written show. Acting is superb as well. Rarely a dull moment.

but haven't missed a show this season.

Why do I find Sookie hot? Is it her gap teeth?

TrueBlood has definitely ramped it up a notch this year. I am ready for someone to deal with MaryAnn though, I am tired of that *****.

By the way - I might have already posted this here but the rumor is that they will be filming in Jackson for next season, at Hal&Mals, the Mayflower and some other locations. The next book in the series is actually set mostly in Jackson (books were written by a lady from Tunica).

The show has gone in line with the book series, with the second season (2nd book) being set in Dallas, it's easy to conceive that the 3rd season will be in Jackson since that is were the 3rd book is set. Plus I've heard that the HBO recently signed on for a 3rd season that will be set in Jackson.

I think the show is great. I think that the scenes that have just sookie and bill in them are close to unbearable to watch, but the rest of the show is really good.

has mentioned that he was looking forward to introducing the Mississippi vampires and expanding on werewolves in the next season. Whether or not that translates into actual filming in MS remains to be seen, but they did do a good bit of filming in Louisiana over the last two seasons. It'd be great for the Jackson area if they did.
