Everton were docked 10 points for ONE financial rule violation. Manchester City stand accused of 115 violations. Chelsea are also accused of a bunch. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. My guess is it's a case of them being so mad at City that they took it out on Everton.

Lot of crazy rumors out there. The message they're sending is to make your cheating so complex and massive they'll never be able to figure it all out so you'll get off. Simple cheating on a small scale will be punished.
