Ok I took it upon myself to roughly take Regular season wins (is this what they are using or is it conference wins or total wins?) x 70% and enrollment divided by 2 (assumption schools are 50/50) x 30%. I used 30% because I can't figure out football participation so my assumption was that # of boys in school would be the same order greatest to smallest as male enrollment.
1 thing I noticed is that each division travel time is very minimal. If you were to do geographically it wouldn't look much different IMO.
I get the following
Group A
Chicago (Marist)
Niles (Notre Dame)
Loyola
Mt Carmel
Group B
LaGrange Park (Nazareth Academy)
Lisle (Benet Academy)
Montini
Provi
Group C
Iggy
Brother Rice
Fenwick
St Rita
Group D
De La Salle
Chicago (St. Patrick)
St Laurence
Marmion
Group E
Woodstock (Marian)
Mundelein (Carmel)
Arlington Heights (St. Viator)
Joliet (Catholic Academy)
Group F
Leo
Chicago Heights (Marian)
St Joes
Depaul
