yes- the last WV score of the game was a half back pass. The first two WV TD's were FB runs up the middle.

Yes - #42 Max Ihry. FB/RB and also LB. Great HS player. he was "all everything" All State, All Area, etc etc last year. Wrestling in college I believe. That dude could really tote the rock up the middle and wear down a Defense. Also very very stout in the middle of the D with a great nose for the football.

Basically it was all defense with the exception of 3 to 4 plays for Eville Offense and 3 to 4 plays for WV Offense.

I see what you mean with #99. Some plays he looks like a world beater and on others kinda disappears from time to time. But I don't know all the E'ville Defensive schemes so tough to know whats supposed to be going on for each play!;)

Totally different year to year - but I'm kinda thinkin it might be around there for the upcoming matchup between these two heavyweights. . 24-21. 21-17 etc.

I think GBW 2016 Offense more dynamic than WV 2015 offense. No knock on last year's WV 2015 Offense - they just didn't have the passing game as developed last year that GBW seems to have honed the 2nd half of this season. They did just fine with the QB and #42 toting the rock - Ground and Pound.:)

Just read a 26 page article in the Belleville paper about Mr A. It must have been its own special insert section. Great athelete. You weren't kidding. Kinda reminds me of Tommy Schutt from GW who last played in '11. DE that was lightning fast at 305 and could throw 90+ on the diamond.

I saw him play against LZ. Is he still playing at Ohio State, or has he graduated? Not sure if he red shirted or not.

I will say this, in the area, there has not been such a physical force on the defensive side of the ball since ... ever maybe.

There was ESL All American Dana Howard ... but he was not the physical specimen AJ is. AJ is the new Freak! Plus, he's a legit really good kid from a really good family.

Always like to hear stories about kids that combin athletic prowess with high character. I'm sure we will be seeing him in the NFL in a few years telling stories about the '16 quarters. Cheers
