there's a lot of truth to it. why would a very good to elite player wanna play in a park that's going to damage his numbers? i'm not saying they all need to be the size of old citizen's ballpark (before they pushed back the fences) or cincy's park, but it's not that difficult to create a generally neutral field and reward hitters when they hit crush it, which not giving them too many broken bat HRs.
