State is running out of gas.

State is running out of athletic tape in the locker room (injuries).

State has one of the TOUGHEST remain schedules in the nation (although every other team they showed plays 3 ranked teams).

Aubum is @UGA and @Bama.. with aTm at home in-between...

I wouldn't trade schedules with either of them.

I watch some that show everyday during lunch and can honestly say they are waiting, hoping and actually pretty sure that we are going to lose to Bama. They still have no respect for us and probably wish we weren't #1. They state that although we beat 3 top 10 teams at that time, only Auburn is a " legitimate" win. TAM is bad, we beat LSU when they were down and if Auburn hadn't turned the ball over we wouldn't have beaten them. Their discussions are always about 2-10 with us being glossed over briefly only because of our #1 ranking. No respect!

Every limp d1ck that writes a blog now is a "CFB Expert", just ask them they'll tell you. Danny Kanell is the limpest of the "experts"

One of the things that seems to be missed in the discussion is that Alabama vs. Auburn is an elimination game right now, even if they both make it there with one loss. We do not technically have an elimination game as of yet because we are undefeated. We really only have to win one of our 'big' games to advance. Alabama and Auburn must win them all, as well as the rest of the one-loss teams.

however, i'd think that any flavor of loss at 'bama is what the sharts in the water are looking for on us. we would then have vandy and an de-valued OM team to catch 'bama (if only they lose to the barners).

The thing I love about the devaluing of the Auburn win is when they bring up how many times Auburn turned the ball over. None of that should matter because we turned the ball over the same amount of times and both teams had roughly the same end of the field on all 4 turnovers. But let's not acknowledge how our defense actually kept them out of the endzone on their turnovers.

Bama needs another loss. I may have to buy some corndogs this weekend.

If Bama wins out they will have the tie-breaker over us. I'm thinking/hoping we split Bama/OM worst case.

Geaux LSU !!

So Lewis has been out and Dak was a little gimpy in the last game. Not sure how that equates to us being decimated by injuries.

They haven't watched a game since Auburn. They had to make things up to degrade State.

Our route to the playoff is very, very simple.

We win out - we're there.

We lose at Bama and win at OM, we need Bama to lose to Auburn or LSU to get to the SECCG, where we have to win.

We win at Bama, we can lose at OM, still get to the SECCG, where we have to win.

We lose at Bama and at OM, we better get ready to enjoy Phoenix or Miami or Orlando.

The talking heads can chat all they want about us, but we control our own destiny. A win at Bama assures us the spot in the SECCG regardless of what happens at OM. We need to win two Saturdays from now.

Those programs are looking for viewing ratings. They're not going to gloat over and over again about State or any other team ranked #1.
