why can't the regionals be a PPV broadcast> They are broadcasting most every regional anyway.

I'd pay $20 for the ULL regional.

Are you saying you don't enjoy watching your online stream of ESPN3 toggle between HD quality and some 8-bit RBI Baseball picture before locking up altogether?

Seems they are adding back that Bases Loaded channel where they toggle between all the regionals again... While it isn't as good as what you ask, it is still a pretty good consolation...
