This is ridiculous. The Civil War was more than just a war over slavery. I hate it when people interpret history to fit their agenda. I hope Robert Lee sues ESPN.
I read this story has been twisted. Mr Lee actually asked ESPN to not be involved in this game because of what has been happening in Charlottesville.

ESPN is so stupid. This would have never been an issue had not ESPN decided to make it an issue. They went out of the way to make it an issue. Then they try to spin it as if they had nothing to do with making it an issue.

I guess E$PN should stop taking money from companies that had Nazi ties. IBM, Bayer, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Siemens, Audi etc. And while they are at it no more commercials from Budweiser, one of the founders was Adolphus Busch. That sounds too much like Adolph Hitler. You can also add Ford and GM to the list.
