A lot of ifs for sure there. Consistent QB play is def the key. I'm just not very optimistic UK is going to get that.

What's interesting is how important those "ifs" can be? Imagine if just one of the following were to have happened.
-If Baker catches the two TD drops, we may go 7-5 this yr. And that's not factoring in other WR drops.
-If the O-line holds their blocks just a second longer, we'd go bowling this yr.
-If Stoops managed the game just a little bit better, we go bowling this yr.
-If the QB play is slightly better, we go bowling this yr.
-If Eliot adjusts against UL's running QB, we go bowling this yr.

-Then again, if we did any of these slightly worse, we'd go 3-9 this yr.

So, there is a little reason for optimism. We return darn near everyone.....plus extremely needed depth......so, it's reasonable to expect a little improvement at least.

we were right on the cusp no doubt. hopefully with shored up errors we can turn the corner

Not much said there that has not been said here. However, the writer seems to like the WR corp more than many here do.
