the NFL isn't this dude's absolute dream job, as completely shocking as that may be to some people. He's at Stanford, maybe he knows just a little bit more about what he wants to do with his life than all the Uncle Rico's out there.

You're correct. I'm and idiot. Regardless, he apparently doesn't need the money. And he may think that as a RS Soph, he may need another year of experience to be ready to go to the draft. Or, he may just enjoy the college experience.

but I still think he should have gone. Hell, with the lockout next year it's likely he could score a decent signing bonus and then go back to school in the fall with a few million in his pocket when the league has shut down.
