First, it was badass watching that. Like another poster said, I would love an hour-plus long episode like this sold on DVD after the season or something.

My sick skills at calling plays on EA Sports NCAA Football would not translate to the real thing. Even on Heisman skill level difficulty. Don't lie, you know you've thought of it too.

Jeez, Mark Hudspeth has a country accent.

Hevesy looks and sounds like he could kill a man and not GaF, assuming he hasn't already.

Damien Robinson has huge feet.

The coaching staff gets way cooler Adidas gear than that which is sold to the public.

KJ Wright will never be an NFL GM if he thinks the Vikings had too many WRs before they traded for Moss.

Yeah. I know a decent amount about football strategy, and half the stuff said in practice was over my head.

Those shoes were enormous.

33 Triple 13? Something like that? Think that might be the triple option left?

2. Salach was the only position coach not shown running a position meeting (well, and Keonning, but he was at one). In fact, the only time I saw him was during the staff meeting to Manny's left. So, despite my earlier belief, he is there at least some of the time.

3. Behind Melvin(to his left on a table)in the CBs meeting was a sticker schedule with "SEC *** Kickers" at the top. That made me laugh.

Poster listing MSU Football Core Values:
1) Honesty
2) Treat Women with Respect
3) No Drugs
4) No Stealing
5) No Weapons

Sad that they have to list some of these as "core values", but still kinda funny.

Hopefully now more people will realize that MSU is not a barn sitting out in the middle of nowhere. Mullen's office was awesome......I definitely should've been a D1 football coach.

said it was all over his head and that he thought he knew football.

Told me I was right all along about how little he really knew.

Really, it's a lot of the terminology that is confusing. Get that down and it's easier.

The hardest thing to teach in football is... if they do this, we have to do this. Knowing how to react during a play to what you are seeing.

One basic play has to be blocked so many different ways depending on what the defense does before and after the snap.

And you ain't got long to figure it out and do the right thing.

People have no idea how much prep really goes into a game. Especially, on the O-line, QB's, and in the Defensive secondary.

"Zack motion" in the QB meeting- i'm not 100% sure, but I'd be willing to bet that's Z (Bumphis) coming in motion down the line

Ringo Flex was a formation it sounded like and flex in alot of offenses tells the TE to line up about 5 yards from the tackle in a standing position with ringo being on the right

11 triple- 13 read is the triple to the right of course
