starts in about a month. I can't imagine a sporting event more grueling than this one. Being pulled by a pack of dogs for close to 1,000 miles in horrible conditions over a week to two weeks.

There is a 6 part documentary on Discovery + about the race. Definitely a different breed of dudes that can do that.

I didn't see Dallas Seavey's name on this year's list of mushers. For those that aren't aware of Seavey, he’s won it 6 times. Jessie Holmes won it last year and looks to be competing again.
