Anyway you slice it, he wasn't dicking around, but was balls deep in crazy and won't 17 around again.
I was telling someone the other day that there seems to have been an exponential rise in the mentally ill who are dangerous to themselves and/or others. What is the cause? I tend to think that the proliferation of fentanyl and the legalization of marijuana is exacerbating the condition of these folks.
