NFL football: 67,164 (expandable to 76,867)
College football/special events: 84,000



Why is the college capacity so much larger than the NFL capacity?

Hey tarp the seats because 84k would be GInormous for an NFL stadium, especially in a small market. It's really only that big so they can keep the cocktail party.
