Let t hem get in a real conference and see how they come out. Put TCU in the SEC and they're not a .500 club. Put Boise in the PAC-10 and they're not a .500 club.

You don't think, for example, TCU couldn't have beaten UAB, Memphis, Northern Arizona, Southeast Louisiana in non-conference and beat Vandy and two other teams to go 7-5? On your schedule, I think they would have been 11-1. On ours, 9-3 or 8-4 at worst.

I kind of have to give them Oregon. I think they would also beat the two Washington schools. USC is getting beat by everyone this year, it seems and Boise should beat them. Then to go .500, all they would have to do is beat Arizona State, Cal, Arizona, UCLA, or Oregon State.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that they would go .500 in the PAC-10 Heck, they may do no worse than third.

You're a dumbass. TCU dominated some very good teams this year. They beat Clemson, and they would've pounded our asses if we'd have been unlucky enough to have landed them on our schedule.

TCU would've been 7-1, 6-2 at worst in the SEC. Did you even watch TCU play this year, or do you just see MWC team, they play no one, and that's it?

TCU is a damn good football team, and if they had made the title game, Bama would've had their hands full. The MWC is probably the 4th or 5th best conference in the country. If they could find a way to add Boise, they'd have a great argument for taking someone's BCS slot.

TCU beat Utah by 27. They beat BYU by 31. I'll give you that they beat Clemson only by 4, and only beat UVA by 16, but they've been tearing it up lately.

Esspecially considering how Clemson won its division. Put TCU in Baylor's spot in the Big 12, and the only game is loses is maybe Texas, but they would have a shot in that one.

It will be interesting to see if the poll voters penalize Texas for their very unimpressive win and move TCU up to #2. I know if I had a vote I would.

That would be nice. We'll find out in about 5 hours. I'd love to see Texas get screwed and then see Bama lose to a MWC team. I could handle that.

Seriously, I think Bama is going to beat whoever they face in the title game.

then have a bunch of nobodies for 11 straight games... it's another thing to have to beat Oregon.. then Oregon State, then USC, then Cal, then Stanford. They might go .500, who knows... but to believe they would finish 3rd is probably hyperbole. Maybe in a down year for the league or something... not this year. Stanford, Oregon, Oregon St, USC, and probably Cal and Arizona would all be favored over Boise St
