name one qb that has progressed under croom.windcrysmary said:coaching our offense is as retarded as our coaches are ... look at the play calling.. when do our receivers ever have any separation? what retard runs this offense with a below avg line?.... Wes doesn't have dick for time in the pocket against a legit D-1 defense.. we are running our offense like we have an above avg offensive line... our gameplan sucks cock... that is all..

I blame the offensive line. They sucked the whole night. Add in John Michael Carlson and you can chalk that up as a loss. 2-10 here we come.
He got happy feet because he was getting blindsided all night. He was getting blindsided because his Left Tackle, Michael Brown, wasn't there. Michael Brown wasn't there because he thought being a punk thug ***** was more important than helping the football team.Bulldog Bruce said:Yes there were two or three drops, but Carroll is not the answer. At some point you need to blame the player. He had happy feet. He did not stay in the pocket when he should have. He did not throw away some balls he should have. I am going to guess there were some open receivers on a few of those times he held onto it. Why have an option hand off, if you are never going to keep the ball? He needed to hold onto a few of those and run himself just to keep the defense from all pursuing the running back. He did that in the liberty bowl game.

Great rotation on the ball, which produces nice tight spirals, plus the dude is 6'5. He is a prototypical qb regardless of offensive scheme. The problem is that MSU has not had a true blue qb since Bond, and some will argue that he was just an incredible athlete in an offense that fit perfectly with his attributes.
