Isn't it amazing how blind they are to the actual Law they're citing as "criminal" intent by Trump? When it's examined by folks who follow the letter of it as well as the Spirit of it, their charges/case falls apart on the merits!

They had all of their hopes on stopping him tied up in these frivolous lawsuits and nearly every one of them has fallen apart.
Look, they can't beat me any other way so they tried first to sue me then just kill me!

They haven’t ruled yet and the line of questioning doesn’t indicate their ruling. They’re role is to probe and play devil’s advocate.
What’s really on appeal isn’t necessarily the case, it’s the limit of scope the NY AG has in bringing a case under the rule she used to go after Trump. If this case doesn’t get overturned, then the AG has effectively unchecked power and scope, almost to the Minority Report level.
