I am not sure the Big-12 wants to add a third region to its footprint by moving into Florida when it already has one geography gap to handle. Cincinnati would do well to plug that hole and as you say, they have invested 100 million in upgrades to meet this level of commitment and more has been planned.I think most can accept Cincinnati as a new member, but who the pairing would be is where it gets arguable. Everyone has a 2nd "good" choice and none of those have a consensus.</blockquote>
