While it seems pretty ironclad to me also, anyone can sue in an attempt. It is always up to the defendant to decide whether or not to settle and everything has an ultimate dollar value. I do not think the ACC and ESPN would cave, but I have not been sued by the Big 10. We're talking theory anyway because no one has even challenged the GOR. The Big 12 would be better able to defend itself due to the involvement of Fox network. The plaintiff would be going against the conference, ESPN as well as FoxSports. Stronger defense because of deeper pockets.</blockquote>
