Did you steal this from me? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

In all seriousness... the Sunday starter for UK is intriguing. I am inclined to think it could still be Marsh, but the fact that he pitched yesterday is pretty concerning. I am not sure who UK would turn to if he doesn't start. Possibly Ramsey, but it is strange to have him start after you take him down for Macciocchi just last weekend.

It’s weeknd 5 and there’s a TBA for Sunday’s game. That tells you where UK is right now. They are trying find their roles and us fans need to be more patient with them. I hate to lose just like the next person but it’s hard to win with a lot of inexperienced players. A weekend series at the Box will definitely tell you where you are at in your development.

I would say either hazelwood or ramsey . keep marsh for mid week game.

Hazelwood started on Tuesday and did not do well. Ramsey could be the option, but again, it seems strange that a week ago he wasn't good enough to be the starter , and that we wanted to use him more out of the pen, but now we're making him the starter.

They’re probably gonna use Ramsey to close out wins if possible. If they don’t use him in a win they will start him Sunday. If they use Ramsey I think they will start marsh and do a Johnny all staff approach

That seems like a recipe for disaster, especially on Sunday.

I agree it doesn’t look good for sunday. If they can come away with 1 win on the road at Alex box stadium with a young team I believe they will take it.

On paper, this LSU team looks very beatable. Their pitching is worse than ours and they don't have any hitters to really be fearful of. They hit pretty well for average, but not a ton of power or speed. They also, sadly, might not have their head coach this weekend as his father passed away recently.

If its is marsh on short rest , then who would pitch next tuesday. Still would use hazelwood or ramsey or plan to use both . Unless you have a potential new starter.

I'd think Hazelwood would still pitch midweek, but heck if I know at this point.
