WVU signed Douglas who was a 4 star player out of a community college. Bill Snyder teams are mostly made up of 2-3 star players regardless of whether they come from high school or junior college. The majority of fans know that Bill Snyder has made a career out of dong this. Maybe if took the time to research something before you say it you wouldn't look like a fool half the time.
