I'm fine with that attitude, in fact I love it. BUT "<span class="messageBody">as long as it's legal"</span> doesn't seem to stop him, that or he doesn't know what's illegal.

considering Ben Jones' shot on Cox's knee. Not condoning Fairley's play at all, but UGA shouldn't be throwing stones about it.

the plays during the UGA were just terrible. And I highly doubt HE knows what is legal and what isn't.

for your game spend the entire game blowing your team, but questioning the legality of some of the hits you make- something is wrong. Let's see what his attitude is when the NFL suspends him or fines him 50K.

BTW- I find it funny that he hurt his shoulder trying to drive it into a player and instead drove it into the ground.

The only thing worse, is when he makes a dirty hit trooper comes and does some sort of ghetto *** celebration with him. It is pure garbage and both deserve to beaten.

<div>Because he did his job and hit the Quaterback?</div><div>
</div><div>Who gives a **** how hard he hits him, this is football Nancy. Are you really upset to the point of calling someone a piece of **** over this? He hit the QB and drove him into the ground. He sent a message with that hit. Thats what football is all about.</div><div>
</div><div>The pussification of America continues. This is big time SEC football, get over it or find something else to be a fan of, like poetry.</div>

two hits come right to mind. First, the one where Murray had already released the ball and Fairley went head first right into his spine, not where there was protection. And the one where he took his helmet and went right for Murray shin. Yea that's some really good job "driving him into the ground". Did you even watch the game? If this happened to a State player you would probably be pissed. 17ing moron. Again in neither of those hits did he "drive him into the ground". There's a difference between actually playing football and playing dirty, and he chose the latter.

Get over it titty baby. Maybe you should write Murray's family a letter and tell them you are scared because the other boys are playing to rough.

see nothing wrong with helmet on knee he got cut by a lineman, i don't believe Fairley can defy gravity very well. Its football contact happens, in fact its supposed to.

Haven't seen the hit to Murray's back. The other one where he drove Murray into the ground is also perfectly legal. Its done every Sunday when one can get ahold of a qb within the time they are supposed to.

old high school coach from 30 years ago would be very proud of you. If it happened to your son you would probably call him a ***** and beat the **** out of him, maybe your father did the same to you, I don't know? Seriously though, the helmet to the back is dirty and everyone knows it, except for you.

The hit in the back to Murray was blatant and a good 3 seconds after he let go of the ball. That's long enough to back off rushing the passer. I do agree with the pussification comment though. It's true.

Blatant and very very dangerous. I don't think someone should be able to do that an only incur a 15 yard penalty

Slive beaten and dragged through the streets of Bham. I'm all for playing hard and lowering the boom, but still have back problems from taking a shot to the back like that in high school. The other was just plain *******. What is he trying to prove? Showing that he is going to be the bull ***** in #@!% me in the *** prison. Playing hard and bringing the wood is one thing, but trying to hurt someone is another. This is on the same level as his fellow Auburn piece of **** Chaz Henry (think that was his name, guy who took out Dorsey). Imagine if Fairley's fat *** got clipped like that, he would be the biggest ***** in the world hollering about dirty play.

ESPN news just reported that the hits were looked at by SEC office, and found that they wereNot unsportsman like and that Fairley would not be suspended. What a crock of Shat!!

But he was definitely still going for his knee once he realized he wasn't going to be able to wrap him up.

However the spear in the back was much dirtier. Murray had thrown the ball at least two seconds prior, it was obvious that he knew it, and he proceeded to spear him in the spine. Screw Fairley.

Add this to all the Cam ****. The only message the SEC sent today was that cheap shots are legal. I hope Fairley does this in the Bama game. Saban will raise 10 kinds of hell.

Edit to add: Slive has officially lost control of the conference and needs to be let go. Also, I find it odd that you can post comments on Low's blog about this.
