Willis might be the sneaky pick here. Ravens secondary is awful.
I would go Willis. Rodgers and Young are going against good pass defenses. Ward is too inconsistent for me. Cousins would probably be my second choice.
Cousins, IMO.
The o/u in ATL / LAR is 50. It’s in the 30’s for Ward, Willis and Rodgers. Cousins could win your league in garage time dumping the ball off to Bijon. Plus, he’s looking for a contract. So, I think he’ll be engaged.

I’d eliminate Young, Ward, and Rodger’s right off the bat. All with implied team totals below 20 and none are particularly good.
Cousins is interesting because it’s indoors, and he’s likely to be in negative game script, which could lead to some garbage time points.
I think Willis has the highest ceiling though because of his rushing. If you’re an underdog in your matchup, I’d roll with Willis due to the rushing upside, and he looked good last week. I chose him for that reason, but it’s close with Cousins.

Mine issue this morning is Josh Allen versus Philly OR Brock Purdy against Chicago. I have Purdy in the lineup as of this moment.
I would probably stick with Purdy. Eagles defense is better and Allen was dealing with a foot injury earlier this week that may limit his mobility. Chicago's pass defense isn't great.
I’m not programmed to judge but any fantasies involving Young Cousins is not something you’ll want in your computer searches.
