</div><div>Both are projected 28 pts and both still have issues in the backfield with RB's out, questionable or probable.</div>

I don't care what those defenses are ranked, you cannot seriously consider playing Shaun Hill over Peyton Manning. Hill may end up scoring more points(anything is possible), but I don't think you can take that chance. You have to play the odds.

But hey, I've got Manning and have lost the last 3 weeks in a row after starting 7-0, so what the hell do I know?

I'm not goingto benchmy first or second round pickover someone I probably picked up off waivers in week 6. I don't care what the matchup- it's Payton Manning and he's going to get his.

Normally if my top 3 picks are active, they're playing no matter what the matchup., That's why you picked them that early.

I agree on playing the top round draft pic but he let me down two weeks in a row against, and this is stretching it, decent secondaries. This allowed the guy in first place gain two games on me. I'm in second. New England just tries to outscore you.

This is a very tough call but I would probably play Shaun Hill because the matchup difference is so great. Also, Peyton won't have Austin Collie and Blair White is not proven yet as a whole game reciever.

My dilema is similar. I have Ben Roth. against Buffalo or Michael Vick against Chicago. I lost last week for playing Vick against the Chargers. After a qb has a down day, I'm never sure if hel'll get to the top again. I have Ben in the lineup now but may change it.

In another league, I have to chooe one of these: Danny Woodhead, Braylon Edwards, or Nate Burleson. I'm going with Burleson but it's a crap shoot.

I also have Orton and Kitna in that league. Glad I played Kitna last week but I'm going back to Orton this week because he has a much beter matchup. I'm not that comfortable with the choice but I have to make it.

I also have Todd Heap and Vernon Davis. Davis was injured last game but plays Monday night. I've got Heap in the lineup for now, but could change. Heap has been putting up great numbers for the last several weeks.

I love the fantasy football talk. Good luck with your game and post your fantasy thoughts and questions any time as far as I'm concerned.

....the one thing that makes me rethink is the lack of weapons Peyton is working with. With Austin Collie and Dallas Clark out it really changed that dynamic. Garcon has not stepped up. That being said, I've got a league where I screwed the pooch and have had rotating mediocre QBs one of which is Shaun Hill and I'm pretty happy about using him as a plug and play this week. I still say go with Peyton and Hill is going to throw a couple of picks especially since Detroit's run game is in the toilet right now and the Pats can load up on the pass rush...but it's mighty close.

Either way, I'm betting you don't get a major difference so don't sweat it too much.

I have McNabb and Flacco. McNabb is playing the Vikings who actually give up a good many points to QBs and he also threw for alot of yards last week. Flacco is playing the Bucs who are pretty tough on QB's but Flacco has been money for most of the season. I'm starting Flacco at the moment but it looks awful tempting to change.

McNabb has shown some signs of decline but he is still capable of putting up monster numbers. I'm probably going to be proven wrong for saying this but this is not a close call for me.

The Washington defense is not too great either; I like the potential for a shootout in that game.

That's what I'm starting to lean to as well. Flacco is not one of those elite QB's to me who can overcome a good defense. Plus I'm playing the best team in the league and will probably lose so I'm going to gamble a little bit to go for the homerun.
