Who knows what may change before the season starts or especially before it ends but I plan to act as if everything is normal. I reactivated my The Lettuce Patch Part Deux this morning. All that were in it last year should be able to go to espn.com and reenter the league. I have all emails if I hafta send invites. If you are not interested in returning please let me know, I know there was Drebin and another cpl that was interested if spots opened.up.
Id like to keep money in the same ballpark as last year. My proposals for the scenarios where the regular season isn’t finished is $25 to highest score per week as long as there are games. If the league plays 10 games before a season is stopped then regular season money is paid out as if a full season was played. Less then 10 games and all money left is refunded. If we are still playing in the playoffs (wk 13-15) and a season is called and playoff money will be divided by those still alive in the playoffs. These are just my suggestions, anything is on the table.
The only changes I made to scoring was I went to the decimal scoring. (If player x had 24 yards in old scoring you got 2 points. With decimal scoring you would get 2.4 points). It’s much more fair and it eliminates 99% of ties.
Made a few small adjustments to rosters but these are negotiable as well. I added 1 WR spot dropped 2 bench spots while adding an IR spot. So that’s QB,WR,WR,WR,RB,RB,FLEX,FLEX,D/ST,K
and B,B,B,B,B,IR. That will make the waiver wire much more competitive come through BYE weeks.
if there are teams that haven’t been reactivated in the next CPL weeks then I will try emailing before replacing a team.
Everyone was on the ball last year and were paid up before the draft. I’ll wait til there is a definite starting date and we’ll set the draft date a week or so before that. We can try to be paid up 3-4 days prior to the draft that way a replacement can still be found before we draft.
