The 49ers have had some decent rushing performances this season. The Cardinals are capable of being totally shut down.
I'd rather have Dixon than Westbrook, but that's probably being a State fan. Are you sure no other viable running backs are available? Neither of your options seems great. But for me it's an easy call to play Westbrook over Hightower.
