I still say that if Tubby is axed and Croom is axed, you guys should throw everything you have at Tubby. In my opinion, if Clemson wants to start winning ACC titles on occasion, they need to offer Tubberville the moon whether he gets fired by Auburn or not.
Given the circumstances, I wouldn't doubt that Tubby may even consider a pay cut to leave Auburn. With Saban at Alabama, and with the amount of heat he's received this year for one down year after averaging more than 10 wins per year the previous 4, I wouldn't doubt that he might want a change of scenery.
