Swam has some really clean bathrooms, that was my emergency location. After Montgomery Hall was renovated, that became THE place to take a dump. Huge stalls wide seats, nice.
I do recall a facebook group dedicated to this topic. I believe it came down to McCarthy gym edging out the basement of the library one man rooms. But to throw in some variety, I will say the worse place would be the 1st floor of Allen.
It's usually not too crowded in there and that's what I like. A place not too crowded to be alone and let the bowels flow. The stalls in Dorman are exclusive and tucked away behind huge halls.
Edit to say: I secretly wish that place would have burned down when that crazy guy tried to set it on fire. That place looks terrible right in the middle of campus.

These 2 dudes across the hall...really weird. They were your typical white fraternity types. They hung out a lot together. Not in a gay way though. But if they happened to be in the restroom together, they still acted like they were, uh, well not in the restroom. I mean one of the shitters didn't have a door and one guy would be taking a slam, while the other guy would be sitting on the sink across from him - looking and talking at each other like 2 people might do in any other normal location. Just weird.

Nice and quiet, clean and spacious. Stretch your legs out, relax and to quote Tom Arnold, teach that turd who's boss.
I also rather enjoyed the bathroom in the condo at the top of Swalm, but access there was a bit restricted.
The worst I think were the dorm bathrooms in Hightower. Sometimes I'd hold it till I got to Allen Hall (the main building bathroom, not the classroom wing).

none of the toilets in Suttle were private. Not in the suites anyway. Didn't care for that. But I was a power dumper anyway, so it didn't take long. When I'm up for a football game I leave my deposit in the Union.
But it is one of the only bathrooms I know have that has a bottle of air freshener provided for you to mask your stench. It also has a convenient table next to the toilet so that you can place your books or whatever you bring into the shiter with you on. The only people up there are people I am not really worried about walking into the waste land of a bathroom I leave behind me. I have taken many a Croom up there and have yet to run into a detractor.
Across my college career anyway. That place was nice.
I'd give anything to have the toilets in Hathorn Freshman year again though. They cleaned that place every day and just happened to finish right when my classes ended. So many times I was the first person to get the clean toilet.

of McCool (just to the left of the drill field entrace) and the stinch was so great that it filled the entire first floor hallway.
Now the third floor of McCain after it was renovated was great. I probably used that bathroom more than I used mine.
Worst place (in my experience, which was only a couple of buildings) was Walker. That place was awful.
Edit to add: On second thought, the worst place was easily the main bathrooms of the SAE house. Who builds a bathroom and doesn't put in stall doors? I lived in that house for a year and never took a **** once in the main section of that house.
