It is an old leather mug coozie. I found it at my Dad's house. He said he got it when he was a student in the early 70s.

Nothing that cool, but I have a hat that Pernell McPhee signed at SBW a few years back.

I also have a picture of myself and James Carmon from that day. If you've never stood next to him, he is an absolute giant.

I used to wear the same maroon cap with the MS logo to every sporting event when I was a kid/teenager. Until my head got too big for it, of course.

In the category of non-MSU items, I have a baseball signed by Roy Halladay and ticket stubs from a World Series and Sugar Bowl that I value very much.

Goalpost from 98 game vs. Arkansas.

I was young, but cousin was SAE(?) and everyone tore it down and then they carried it to their house. His friends all dared us to write cuss words on it- so my piece has my name on it and "****".

Also tore off some of the bushes from that game, but long thrown that away. Gave one piece to Hobie, who had a restaurant in the Delta at the time and he had them hanging on some deer head until he moved to Starkville.

People were taking grass and whatever else. I'd love to have seen a picture of that place when everyone was gone.

That was the most fun game I've been to. Pre-cell phone, my Mom only kept up with me because my cousin put me on top of the goal post while they were carrying it at some point. Otherwise, I don't know how she would have found me.

I was the guy that fell off the outfield wall in the 07 super regional, I managed to hobble my drunk *** onto the field and snag the rosin bag. I also have 2 pieces of goal post from the 04 Florida win, one with a ticket stub. From the 09 SEC Tournament I have a banner from inside the arena. It's big enough to cover an entire wall.

Awesome. Find that video again, will you? I remember that.

I jumped and ran, but I've still never found any video of me, which is disappointing. I'd planned to do it all along, but didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to jinx it. Kinda in left center.

That's a freaking long run, too.

Picture of Kevin Prentiss, John Bond, myself and my family on the field of the Cotton Bowl at the walk through the day before the game. The picture just reminds me of what a great trip that was (other than the game). Stayed out there five days...had a blast.

edited to add: my youngest daughter was 12 at the time and KP was about 2" taller than her and she wasn`t a tall child at all...he was a nice young man

I just recently started collecting a few years ago. My wife knew that I was looking for some cool MSU pieces, so for Christmas she surprised me with a jersey signed by Fred Smoot.

How can you not like a jersey signed by Smoot? And how can you not love a woman that will surprise you with something like that?

Pennant signed by Shorty McWilliams and other 1940s players

I have a room full of MSU memorabilia. Top 5 is probably:

1. Framed pennant signed by football team members from the early 40's, including Shorty McWilliams
2. 2 tables and a bench made out of wood removed from Davis Wade - seat numbers etched in the top
3. game used football from the late 1930s
4. Chris Relf game used jersey
5. Mississippi A&M College calendar from 1910

Also have a couple more game used footballs, some game jerseys, old pennants, programs, numerous signed items, a few A&M items, etc.

How did you get ahold of a Chris Relf game used jersey?

A bunch of half tickets to MSU games

A broken heart!

A Maroon is the only thing that matters T, never worn.

The Kang's rain suit from the last game that he coached at MSU.

That's about all.

Bought it from a guy online. It's a 2009 jersey and the "RELF" nameplate has been removed (required if the jersey is obtained through the university, as they can't profit from players' names), but shows a little bit of game wear.

It's not valuable, but I like having it:

a slick wallet schedule from my first season as a Bulldog, 1969. First game was a win over Richmond, followed shortly by the 74-0 shellacking in Houston. But I was already hooked.

I went to the 2004 basketball game at Bama with my then gf (now wife) and her friend to ticketless. We were all students at the time and didnt have much money but figured we could get 3 tickets for a decent price...it wasn't happening.

Hopes were quickly fading and we were about to leave and find a tv when I saw the Kang standing by the ticket office with a few tickets in his hand. I went up to him and jokingly asked if he was trying to sell his extras...he replied he'd never sell anything to a student and handed me 3 tickets.

He stopped for a quick photo opp, which is framed with the stubs from that game...

And of course the game was pretty sweet.

I forgot about this, but I've got a VHS tribute video of Kiefer McGee that was only given to players and coaches after he died.

Someone needs to remind me of how to do the sarcastrics!

I have an autographed football by Croom that was given to me. I've contemplated it becoming my new puppies chew toy.***

For real though I have many things but would have to put Jack's autographed book up towards the top.
