I am baffled by several of the THR posters and their strange reasoning ability. How does a persons fandom take away their reasoning. I'm quiet sure that some of them really, genuinely think Barnes was/is a better player than Christian Laettner.

I saw that and it confirmed what we all knew about gary-7. I do think institutions should encourage their residents to be active with the internet and other things to keep their minds sharp but they should screen the things they put out over social media such as this. The really sad thing over there at thr is there are some that are encouraging him and feel the same way. Those are the ones we really need to worry about because they are among us.

You will notice the thread says "trash me if you want..." then he gets trashed for his assinine view and he gets all mad.
That is EXACTLY what i took out of that thread. Trash me if you want, you subsequently and rightly get attacked and then you get pissed and trash others.

imajericho several of your fellow fans agreed with Gary and for that much hatred to be in ones heart just tells me they are miserable human beings and this world would be just better off without them. Like our Mark Gastineau said kudos to you and others to stand up to some of your hate filled brethren. I don't think I have ever heard any of our fans say anything similar about your coach or any coach for that matter except calling Cal slimy and Roy Goober or Huckleberry Hound.
Most poasters at THR will swear up and down that the treatment of K on THR is very similar to what is said about Roy here. Don't agree with that for a minute.

From the fan base that supported McCants. Of course they would support Allen. Sure, he messed up. He is a human being. However if they took the time to get to know the person that Allen is, which they would if he was a member of their program. They would realize that he is a good kid.
