Can someone tell me what is going on with these recruits and coaches always pointing at each other in their pictures? Have I missed something? lol.

That's pretty cool. Had to look up what a STARS coach did.
Player development, academic support, etc. Kind of a go to guy for issues a player might be dealing with.
It is just so smart to hire all of these position coaches and assistant position coaches, now that doing so is okay by the rules. All of those extra coaches is going to mean a lot more one on one instruction, which should be a boon for player development.
Star is what many teams call their nickelback, so essentially, he's a nickelback coach.
