FC: An update on factors informing the Commonwealth Campuses recommendation

So… what campus will students and faculty be driving to attend and teach class? I live across from PSU W-B, wondering what happens to the campus.Oh it won't get 'closed' it will 'merge' with PSU Scranton.
Just to let you know… they serve latte’s and scones at the Student Union Bldg!

Altoona is actually reasonably popular with kids who want to go to UP and don't get in, so they go to Altoona and are able to go and visit over weekends (including going for football and other sports)
