Well, they've reduced their propensity to make ****** draft picks because they gave a bunch of them away for Rodgers. J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets!!!!!!

Technically they only gave away 2 draft picks to get Rodgers. The Jets got Rodgers, GB's #15 and #170 in 2023 for their #13, #42 and #207 in 2023 and 2nd rounder in 2024 (could be 1st rounder if Rodgers plays 65% of snaps which will most likely happen).
