Who will be the first to show bad form this week and jump the gun on our friend and wizard?

Cmon Ms Eve, it's like St. Liz said it's a prediction of the predictor of the prediction thread. Get it straight!

Predictions are pretty much the same as rankings/polls. Pretty much worthless, but they both generate interest. At least with an upset prediction you have a 50-50 chance of nailing it.

I had a hard time understanding it myself until St. Liz clearly broke down the essence of this thread. Penlight may have put a dent into the space-time continuum by beginning this thread. I don't know where the prediction of a predictor wrapped up in an enigma takes us, but I'm going for the ride.

I can neither confirm nor deny whether I actually have or have not read this thread, moreover the predictions made about the predictions that have not been made yet.

Having said that, I can positively suggest that while the prediction of the prediction has not been made, suggested first prediction does not in any way reflect the validity of the actual prediction as it is merely a reflection of opinion by someone who's prediction does not actually reflect that of the person making the original prediction.

My head hurts... between this and IG Hinterwolf showing up, I'm frantically trying to absorb all of this while coping with the fact that Niles North kids are misbehaving during the high Holidays...

I mean... wth!

You're not alone. It happens every year, spend 8 months in the desert talking about bulls basketball, cutler, favorite pizza joints, then the season starts and you wake up and it's week six. The best thing edgy can do for society right now is to shut the site down for "maintenance" and let us collect ourselves.

"50-50 chance". It's way harder than that. You have a 50/50 chance on a pick-em game. An upset is more like 1 in 20.

Considering the Thursday games the pick should come tomorrow. We should have predicted who would jump the shark by now.

Past Predictions are not necessarily indicative of future Predictive results. All predictions carry risk and all predictive decisions of an individual remain the responsibility of that individual. There is no guarantee that systems, indicators, or signals will result in positive predictions or that they will not result in predicted losses. All predictors are advised to fully understand all risks associated with any kind of predicting they choose to do.

I think I read that on my mutual fund disclosure notice!
