Lebron and Durant for sure. I might actually take a guy like Rondo instead of CP3 for a 3 on 3. </p>

Forgot about Rondo. Good call.I'd probably take him over CP3 for the boards. <div>
</div><div>I wonder what the court would look like? Think they do full court? I'd rather they not. Not sure if I'd rather see a shorter court with 2 baskets or old style half court with 1 basket.</div>

Have Lebron as somewhat of a PG that can do it all, Durant as the main shooter/scorer, and Dwight Howard(even though I'm not a fan) as a rebounder and big man defender. No way that team could be beaten. I didn't click the link, but if you can take a sub, take CP3, Rondo, or Derrick Rose if healthy.

Lebron can run the point in 3 on 3 easily and Davis will be the most dynamic big man in the NBA in 4 years<div>
</div><div>Looking 4 years from now I'd like to see this trioexcludingthe guys above - Irving / Blake Griffin / D. Howard</div>

Looked up the rules on Fiba. No make it take it. I could see some shut outs against Team Lebron.

They're making a push for Rio, but if not...

First to 33 wins according to the official FIBA 3v3 rules.<div>
</div><div>Dwight Howard would be the last person I want, not to mention you might need a solid free throw shooter. LeBron can post up any 4 or 5 the world could throw at us. Dirk from 2 years ago would be the only person that would worry me. Maybe the Gasols, but neither of them are going to be able to handle Lebron defensively.</div><div>
</div><div>IMO, LBJ and Durant are not evendebatable as starters. Both are solid rebounders as well.</div>

Someone who would make driving to the basket near impossible? You already have Lebron and Durant scoring.<div>
</div><div>I see your point in some aspects though. He isrelativelylimitedoffensivelyand free throws...</div><div>
</div><div>Thats why looking 4 years down the road I take Anthony Davis.</div>

You are the first person who has ever told me that I am a better basketball player than Dwight Howard. I am honored.

On a serious note, it seems like versatile players would be key. Therefore Lebron would be my first pick. Then probably Durant. Then might really consider Rondo.

I don't think there is any room for 5s in this game. I'm justthinkingoutloudthough.<div>I'ddefinitivelyconsider Davis, especiallysince he will probably be one of the most dynamic 4s in the game.</div><div><div>Bottom line, I think everyone on the court HAS to be able to handle the rock proficiently.</div></div>

but I can't think of too many other 5s. You've got to have someone that can score in one-on-one situations. Hakeem could do that by posting up or putting the ball on the floor. Howard can't really do either particularly well.

On that note, give me Carmelo also.

Why would you take a shooting liability in Rondo over CP3? Why not Darren Williams, Westbrook, or better yet a healthy Rose? Rondo is good in a 5 on 5 setting but in 3 on 3, i can see people playing off him like Kobe does and daring him to shoot.

You realize Rondo has the highest career FG% out of all the people you listed.

he can score from anywhere on the floor, against anyone. Plus, with a sub, if his man goes off, you can switch it up. I think offense would be more important than defense -- it's a race to get to 33.

Are you really equating fg% to the better shooter? Rondo's field goal percentage is also higher than Ray Allen's. So Rondo is a better shooter than Him as well?

I'm curious how we'd split it up. I assume we'd still like to keep our best 5 at least in the 5 on 5. Assuming Kobe's over the hill, Keep LeBron, Dwight, Durant, Chris Paul, and Dwayne Wade as your starting 5, then send like Derrick Rose, Tyson Chandler, and Carmelo to the 3 on 3.
