It requires more time, but the end result will have a higher return..&nbsp; Every analyst on Fox or ESPN is talking about how great of a job Neal Brown has done this year, how he is improving recruiting, its common knowledge at this point.&nbsp; Most of us here are ok giving Neal &amp; staff 3-4 years before expectations are applied, because it takes time to recruit the players specific to his schemes, to his culture..Go to bed Logan, your mom says goodnight</blockquote>
