Ole Kyle Tucker isn’t taking Elon being his Twitter daddy too well. Didn’t even comment anything on his post but think he saw my pro Musk comments on a Matt Jones thread. Kyle Tucker has the thinnest skin around and honestly feeling pretty proud I elicited enough emotion to get blocked by his holiness. I’d say Tucker will be off the platform before too long.

I love how uptight all the defenders of free speech gets when someone lets everyone have free speech, not just them

"I believe in free speech, as long as you agree with me!"
Free speech and consequences to saying whatever you want are two totally different things. Also platforms, like this board, do not equate to free speech. They are an outlet to provide your opinion but they are under no obligation to let you provide it. One day I keep thinking people are going to begin to realize that but yet here we are.

I don’t care who owns what social media platforms. Both sides of the political spectrum are getting wound up for nothing to be perfectly honest. I doubt nothing is going to change for 99% of people on Twitter.

95% Chance you deserved it. Being the kind of person who would come here and make a post about this like a 12 year old not being let down a slide.

I agree, main thing is, he'll let Trump and the other right wingers on who were banned and get a big "atta boy" from that side while the other side tells him how stupid he is.

Just like every decision either way

😅

Good God that's a sad thing to be proud of and post about.
Definitely am proud of it. He’s a pompous narrow minded second rate reporter who thinks he is political science expert. He needs to stick to defending CCC and not forcing his marginalized views down everyone’s throat

You can't really equate it with this board. Elon is quite correct, Twitter is a digital town square and free speech should be allowed and encouraged.

I'm confused. Is Kyle's wife named "Karen," and, if so, why did she also block you?

People get confused about what free speech actually means. It doesn’t give you freedom from consequences.

But we have to hear your opinion?

Quick reminder that Twitter isn't real life and no one is forcing his view on anything "down your throat." We have choices in life. You chose to follow him, get upset over his opinion and his choice to block you, come here, create a thread about your spat with him and make yourself sound like a jilted ex-girlfriend. That's a lot of energy you just spent getting worked up over some silly social media ****.

Both sides are hypocritical on this -

Dixie Chicks insult Bush, hilarity ensues - left apopleptic.

Now - do something stupid on Twitter twelve years ago, hilarity ensues - right apopleptic.

The "Twitter problem" is that it has the reputation of becoming/being an echo chamber with left-leaning double standards. IDGAF about Trump, but Putin, ISIS, et al are still active on Twitter. Hell, they banned The Babylon Bee for tweeting a joke.

I understand consequences. I also believe that a VERY SMALL FRACTION of the population is using their influence in a very heavy handed manner.

I also think that Musk buying Twitter is awesome and hilarious. If he simply has the rules evenly enforced that's a step in the right direction.

Hold up here, sports fans. Something doesn't quite add up.

So did you reply to a comment of Tucker's on Jones' thread? You really think he went down the list of Twitter users in another person's tweet and hand selected whom to block? Seems fishy.

There are two likely scenarios:
A) You did not get blocked at all, you're just making this all up.
B) You actually replied directly to Tucker in some fashion and he decided to block you.

We have yet to see proof even that he blocked you in the first place.

I call shananigans.

I expected fan-boy responses when it comes to Jones, but your response also smells of someone who cares too much. What gives? Relative? Friend? Fan?
