Thought at first you were talking about one of the stupidest shows on TV, Finding Bigfoot. I see this is different. I'll watch an episode or 2.

I'm guessing you guys never killed him or it would have made news. Since there is already "Finding Bigfoot" and your show seems to be a ripoff of that in name and of "Monster Hunters" in genre, I propose renaming the show to "Killing Time".

nah, I've been around a long time. I was on before that as lngdongdon LOL. I was the martial arts instructor that taught the State Football team Karate back when Croom was the coach. Just thought some of you guys might want to see how we're trying to help prove these animals existence. Yeh, I have seen one. No drugs or alcohol involved. It was 7-7 1/2 feet tall and in Bienville National Forest. I was actually on the Paul Gallo show and on Outdoors with Jake Wimberly a few weeks back talking about it. BTW, my group. GCBRO (Gulf Coast Bigfoot research Org) did shoot one that ended up getting awy back on 2003. Blood was turned in for DNA and it came back unknown Primate. It was the only thing it could come back as because they don;t have a body.

I'll watch to support a dawg and for the entertainment but I've always said Bigfoot doesn't exist and until I see one I won't believe. I've spent more time in the woods than I have my house and I've never seen one. Maybe there sense of smell is unreal and I smell too bad. Good luck with the show though.

Thanks man. If I hadn't seen one, I wouldn't believe it. Same with most folks. I get calls on occasion from folks that have given me pure heck about it telling me they saw one and they're sorry for giving me grief

So let me get this straight.

You have seen something that 7 to 7.5 feet tall and is commensurate with descriptions of what Big Foot and/or Sasquatch may be? And you weren't intoxicated with alcohol or recreational drugs?

For all of us hunters out there. What's your advice on what we should do if we ever encounter bigfoot in the woods? You think a .270 would do the job? Also, you think we'd get popped by the game warden for killing the only known instance of an unknown species? If I played my cards right, how much money do you think I could make off the thing if I bagged bigfoot? What about chupacabras?

I used to hunt a lot and we always joked about seeing a "booger". The question we always asked was "would you shoot an ape like creature if it entered your food plot?" We always said no because A) its bad juju B) what if its someone playing a trick on you and you just killed a friend.

You might need something bigger than a .270 unless it was a heart shot. I don't think I would shoot one unless it was coming for me..

I know a .308 wasn't enough to kill one . Lung shot through the back . That's where we got blood and tissue samples from for DNA testing. I use a 12 gauge, 3" mag with black magic loads uses for grizzly bears. 600 grains of lead. Course I have my 357 with me so I can shoot my buddie in the leg to outrun him lol

Just a FYI if you did have the wits about you to shoot one. They never travel alone. It's not the one you see or hear you have to worry about. . It's the other 1-3 that are behind you. When we **** the one down, 12-15 different sizesd tracks were found as they tried to distract is from the wounded one. Biggest Track was 22-23 inches. That monster was over 10 feet tall

First of all, you just made me a fan of your upcoming show.

But a few more questions. Would a headshot be a good idea? Or would that cause too much damage for the biologist that would come calling. And if someone ever downed one, then what? I'd reload and document the hell out of it, then call the news? The sherif? Coroner? Smithsonian? MSU extension services? A lawyer?

I don't think they really exist, but I don't think it's impossible either. And if nothing else, it's fun to talk about.

Dude I love these shows. Helluva lot more entertaining than those Bachelor shows or Big Brother or crap like that.

What type of blood trail did it have and did you get some of its hair? I have gone swamp ape hunting in Florida before. I learned that smoking yeti skunk and eating purple caps helps with the experience.

I think a SKS would be a good gun to brandish while hunting these things.

All jokes aside I will check the show out.

I'd like a neck shot personally. Good clean kill breaking the spine and not allowing g them to a team for help. Keep it away from the athorities. They've taken more than one body from people. G straight to a TV station, let them get footage, then look me up on Facebook and call me to help. Donald McDonald.

O M G this thread is awesome.

So far I have learned that YETI's travel in packs like tag team wrestlers and their handlers. So as soon as you think you've got one, chair to the back. AND they have a keen sense of smell, which explains why hunters have never seen or killed one. For one, only head or neck shots count. secondly, us hunters just smell too bad for an ape in the MS backwoods that never bathes. And finally, they travel in packs and they 17 u up from the back. Something a sensible hunter would never admit once he got back to camp. Because everyone else would wonder wtf you were smoking or what green patch you just got those shrooms from.

I never played football. I played baseball in HS. They brought me in to do flexability and core training. It was fun hanging out with Norwood, Chris McNeil and Daren Williams though. I knew Ray Ray's phone booth days were over with the summer before. He sat out 90% of the workouts.
