So, and couple dozen people?

On the ignorable level for the staff, imo. Still not a good look.

See, this is an organized peaceful protest, no looting, no rioting, no burning. Are there only conservatives that want Shula fired??

This honestly just looks like a pledge class was made to go march around Russell House for a little bit.

I doubt the students really thought it would make a difference. Probably just a group of kids voicing their frustration. Hey we should have a protest. I don't see anything embarrassing about it. Just kids being kids. Lighten up Francis!

Maybe it says something about the expectations students have for South Carolina football that so few kids bothered to show up. I think I could draw a larger crowd if I did a spontaneous dramatic reading of "Charge of the Light Brigade".

The only thing worse than a pissed off fan base is a fan base that doesn't care any longer.

But I don't put a lot of stock into this "protest". My initial reaction was that this wasn't good. But seeing the turnout changed that perspective. College kids are stupid and they aren't the target audience anyway. College football isn't for the students.

What's the difference in their protest and us on here calling for his head?

There would be a pretty large difference between us passing the time on here by discussing the state of the program and us organizing a public protest.

There's a lot of things I think should happen that I don't stage a public protest over. I've told my wife more times than I can count that Chickfila should bring back cole slaw, but I'm not gonna stage a public protest about it.

Sadly, what I have seen is more apathy than anger. Once fans don't care anymore, they find something else to do and move on.

How much organizing do you think they did to get a group of friends hanging out to walk down the street clapping screaming fire Shula?

From the looks of it, very little. It begs the question of why go around posting flyers.

Now, it could be the whole thing was kind of staged. One kid could have hung one flyer on a bulletin board and posted a pic of it.

Nevertheless, they went through with it.

Another obvious example of George Soros importing paid protesters.

The budget must be getting smaller. (wonder how many pony kegs it took to persuade them?)
