Never heard of him, but he's an idiot. Does he really think Ross Bjork needs his advice on how NCAA penalties work and when and how he can prevent transfers? Bjork has a whole legal team advising him on this and he somehow thinks Bjork's going to read this tweet and say, holy ****, how could we all have missed this. Thanks. For the record, Bjork has done exactly what he should have done to limit transfers. Take a 1-year bowl ban, so only seniors can transfer, then wait for the NCAA to come in after the season is over to add another year.
