First down or not?

At 4:28 it looked like Black got a 1st down, his foot was at the 1st down mark and he was extending. They ended up marking it at the 10.

I thought the exact same thing! Then Schiano called a time out and I thought that was for them to take another look…and they came back and it was still fourth and one. Didn’t seem like they even reviewed it.
