First game I've seen in 3 years and it only confirms my original thought ...

This is just bad, boring baseball. Maybe it's the fact that I watch MLB and don't get into the college game very much at all. However, S. Carolina at least looks like a college team while our guys look the part of a good academy team. Where's all this so-called talent Cohen has recruited?

if you have not watched in three years, we'd prefer you concentrate on golf and keep your opinion to yourself. Thanks for stopping by.

We look exactly like a college team. Unfortunately, SCar looks like a minor league team.

It's got to be tough to judge college baseball if you've only been watching MLB, especially considering that most of these guys will be done after a couple of years of minor league ball if that.

of high A and probably AA pro ball. Case in point. In the 80's, Polk played an exhibition game every year for 7 or 8 years in Jackson against the Jackson Mets/Generals. I saw every one of them, and we never lost. Granted, we weren't going up against their top pitcher, but it was a pitcher on a AA team. Never lost. So, yes, our fellow SEC brethren are the equivalent of a minor league team. Its time we join in the fun.
