At Southern Miss on ESPN at 11 a.m. - same time as the Texas/Ohio State game.

But that’s typical of some of our “fans”
I’ll be at a sports bar watching our game but yes there will be other games on to watch during TV timeouts and halftime of our game.
I couldn’t give 2 shts about who wins the TX/OH St game he refers.
Same here, I don’t care to watch Texas OSU. ive got a few underdog teams, old coaches I root for that will make the season interesting, might play some parlays. College football is the easiest sport to bet on.

Don’t care about the other game. I will be watching us.
Yep. MSU fans like to publicize a number of the following excuse/defense mechanisms:

- "I'm not even watching our game";
- "I'm going to watch the real game (whatever it may be)";
- "I cheer for the SEC, etc etc etc".

17 that. I'm watching us start to finish 80% of the time, depending on what's happening. But I am never watching another game over ours.

I will be watching State and pacing until we put points up and or make them punt.

Then as soon as we are done, straight to Bama v FSU.

The beauty of modern technology is you don't even have to watch other games any longer. You will see extended highlights for Tx/OhSt 100x between 3pm Saturday and Sunday morning. Then you can go on YouTube and watch all of it, whenever you want

Yep.

You'd never see a Bama fan sitting there talking about watching other games, even during the Mike Shula days. It's something ingrained in our inferiority complex, our fans try and act like nothing bothers them about us losing because they are also 'associated' with someone else. It's akin to the facebook posts after travel baseball where parents are like, "Didn't go our way on the scoreboard, but ToDaY wAs A wIn!!!11"

Just own it. Heck I don't even discuss college sports with anyone besides MSU fans these days.

This is me. I just can't watch us on tv because I pace, cuss, *****, holler, etc., drives my wife insane. I listen on the radio and then watch the YouTube highlights with my first cup of coffee on Sunday morning about 4:00 a.m. and don't have to watch all of the meaningless plays, just the highlights. It usually lasts maybe 40 minutes instead of 3-4 hours

Ill be driving over for the game. Guess we'll see how they enforce the tailgate ban.

That's gonna be like those 3PM games on the SEC Network, where you could tell Brent was watching the 2:30 game on CBS in the background.

Serious question. Does everyone else not have at least 2 tv's going on college football Saturdays? I usually have 3, but 2 is minimum.
Depends on if I do a backyard tailgate on an away game Saturday.
Usually will have the 70” under the tent and another TV on in the screen porch.
January 1 I used to have 3 TV’s all going for the Bowl games but that is gone now so

I will be watching MSU play The Golden Upstarts on TV. My first in-person game will be ASU. 17 them both.

Thank God this game is being televised on a main network. I’ll be watching from home in my AC.
