first pitch 9:40 / game thread

How does Hines keep falling on the runner diving back to 1B? That was a close play if he just catches and applies the tag.

Replay showed runner was out on that one

[BreckyBratt]

Did I hear correctly that our team BA in the tourney is .194 with 7 runs scored? Pitching is not the damn problem anymore. Time for a new approach at the plate.

Corbin bunted twice, scored twice.

[BreckyBratt]

We have a hitting coach?

Touche'

[dog99walker]

Kohler hits to the opposite field, something Hunter will not do. Now Logan is in scoring position and Hines strikes out to end the inning. Jesus H. Christ, Hunter we need a base hit, not a hero.

Yeah, I think we're the worst BA team in the tourney so far. It's gonna catch up with us tonight

Definitely a sackful

We’re down 2 halfway through the game as a team with 20 wins against SEC teams this season, so I might as well turn it off, set my TV on fire, and slit my wrists

LOO has to feel alone out there with no offense to support him.

Whistlers getting ready to put this one away.

[Leeshouldveflanked]

Pulliam would have got to that one

I wish someone would make it stop

I don’t know how this game is gonna go, but my (maybe obvious) take is that big league pitching coaches will tinker with Cjintje and make him a star.

Well setting the tv on fire is a bit much**

[skydawg1]

Out at the plate! Maybe that will get us going.

I would have been ok with Long putting the knee guard on the throat

I’m out. I owe Columbia House way too much money to show my face in Terre Haute.

I’d like to install some grommets in that dudes lips.

[BreckyBratt]

Way to go long! Protect your plate.

Watching strikes and swinging at balls.

[Msuirondawgs]

Less than .200 BA so far this tourney. SMFH. I know it was posted earlier I just can't get over that

[BreckyBratt]

Lemonis needs to break one off in go pro's *** in the 7th inning stretch.

[BreckyBratt]

Loo is possibly better at first than our first baseman
Truly questioning our HC at this point. Has anyone played 1st other than Hines all
Season?

[kired]

I pulled my groin just watching that

That was a freakishly athletic play by Loo to cover first there, but Hines is perfectly sufficient at fielding the position

Yes please!

[ZombieKissinger]

I think Jordan just isn't pounding his chest hard enough

I agree it was and attempt to give our pitcher a tip of the cap for his athleticism.

[Podgy]

We suddenly have only two guys that can hit.

[uptowndawg]

I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much emotion expressed in a swing like DJ does.

[bulldognation]

Here we go! Finally on the board!

[NukeDogg]

Again with the unproductive outs…

[uptowndawg]

About ******* time

[Leeshouldveflanked]

Great at bat by Larry

[IBleedMaroonDawg]

Finally! Someone else got a hit.

[57stratdawg]

I think I would put Larry in the 4 hole

[BreckyBratt]

[Leeshouldveflanked]

I think Hines and Jordan would strike out hitting off a Tee right now.

DJ-0 for 12 this week
Hunter-the same
